"Smashing your head against my table seems counterproductive," he told her. -
She rolled her eyes lightly. "I can think better like this."

"You humans really are strange, then." He smiled.

She smiled back at him. "So are you aliens. You're strange to us." She got up and walked over to him. "But, you're not strange to me."

"You're an alien to me. And I still think you're weird." He returned to cooking. "But not in a bad way."

She frowned playfully and watched him carefully. "hmph. Well I take back what I said. You're still weird to me too. "

"Good. I like being weird." He turned back to her and stuck out his tongue. That was something humans did, right?

She stuck her tongue back out at him. He was actually acting more human around her.

He got a little excited that she responded in the same way. It was a comprehensible gesture from her society!

She laughed lightly and smiled warmly. "You're acting alot more human. Is it...because of me being here?"

He nodded. "Most of us don't act like this normally."

She shrugged. "I kinda like it when you act human." She poked him lightly. "You act more natural like that."

"Natural to you." He returned the poke.

She giggled lightly and quickly stopped. He poked her in the side.

He smiled. "I do like this, though my thought process is switching languages constantly."
