He shook his head. "Was there something in there you needed?" His stomach growled a bit.

She sighed. "Just my camera and a few other items I had on me." She laughed lightly when his stomach growled.

"I have a camera, if you want to borrow it. And do you mind if I order something tonight instead of cooking? Unless you wanted to make something." He stood.

She shrugged. "I'm fine with that, I only cook for special things." She the tilted her head. "You sure about me borrowing your camera?"

He nodded. "Do you want me to go get it?"

She nodded back. "Yeah. I want to see what you have."

He came back a few minutes later with a somewhat professional camera. "I'm not a fantastic photographer, and anything that's on there already doesn't matter to me."

She looked at the camera carefully and turned it on. She lifted it up and took a picture of Orion. "Nice quality to the picture, alot better than my old camera."

He smiled. "Then I'll leave you to figure everything out on it." As he was walking out, he turned and looked at her. "By the way, earlier, when we were talking about what someone would do if they found you?"

She looked up at him. "Yeah, I remember that. What would they do to me?" She sat up a bit more.

"Probably run tests, maybe experiment on and observe you. Eventually they'd kill you, for more experiments..." He frowned. "But if anyone touches you, they're dead. I'll make sure of it."

Her eyes widened a bit. "And why...would you care if anyone touched me?"

"I feel responsible for your safety now." And, his reputation would be tarnished if anyone discovered her. But that wasn't important now.

She nodded lightly. "Seems reasonable enough, but I can take care of myself here."

"You can't even speak the language." He leaned against the door frame. "I think it'd be believable if we agreed that I'm teaching you English, and you're not allowed to communicate any of your ideas in Slaorian."
