(Yes but I'm still slow XD)

Lilly looked back at Jake. The night was falling and she could see the fear in Jake's brave eyes. She didn't really want to answer since she really didn't know but stepping up and being the leader was always her job. She thought of how life was before, how she never even looked at Jake and now look at them.

Jerry fleed to the truck, swung open the driver's seat and slammed it shut. Sitting there for a moment, he was partially in shock. His life was soon going to end.
"Dad, what's wrong, we need to leave!" Alexis cried out. She was right, the undead were now slowly beginning to creep around the sides of the truck, heavily intent on the fresh meat in-side.
Jerry was hyper-ventilating, but soon regained his sanity. Forcing the key in-to the ignition, the engine started with an audible rev. The undead now drooling on their windows, he pressed the reverse pedal and plowed in-to the small horde of walkers, mowing them all down.

Luke looked up, and certainly enough, it was almost pitch-dark. They needed to make a camp-fire, and fast. "Do... Do you guys have any... I dunno... Lighters? Or some flint?" Luke asked the two nervously. He was starting to get noticeably cold. -
Jake sighed at the boy. "We need to find a house or car." Jake hated this, it was all to impossible. "We have hope and that's all that matters." Lilly Rubbed her eyes and listerned to owls, Jake was right they needed to find shelter. It was the only smart choice, since the last time she slept in a tree when she was 12 it failed.
-
Luke, turning to Jake, sighed some relief. Pointing over to the southern horizon laid a large, packed neighborhood. "We could go there. Most of the houses are really big and defensable with a s---=ton of supplies and stuff. But... It's... Kinda infested." Luke explained. Towards the end of his sentence, his head drooped down, as if disappointed.
-
"Absolutely not! I'm a strong but i'm not no bulldozer!" Frowns and ruffles Jake's hair. "We don't need anyone of that. If we need stuff that bad I'll go turtle hunting." Looks around for anything. Lilly's eyes look up at now pitch black sky. Thinks "wonderful." Starts to speed walk up.

Luke followed the two, careful not to get separated and remaining mostly quiet.
~~~~
Jerry was on the paved road, which was littered with dozens of decaying bodies and the burnt-out husks of blackened cars alike. His face was one of utter shock, driving in a straight line, lucky not to crash in-to any of the vehicular remains. He couldn't believe... He was bit. And with nothing to sever his foot, he was a goner.
~~~~
Alexis looked up to her father with a worried face. She was still on edge from nearly being over-run and mauled to death, but some-thing seemed to had snapped in her father's head. "Dad?" -
"There is a clearing!" Jake pointed at the opening. "Come on then." Lilly moved at a almost running pace, she was tired and felt light headed badly. Her body ached and the mini group looked like a bunch of nasty wolves (including herself). She tried to shake it off but it didn't work so she jumped out of the clearing hoping to see something.
-
(Your move.)
Luke ran after the two, trying to catch up. "Wait for me!" He yelled after them. Finally coming to a stop, he gave a short pant.
~~~~
Jerry continued driving, doing almost nothing other than breathing and driving the Pick-up forward. His pupils were extremely narrow and he wouldn't utter a sound.
~~~~
Alexis began to worry even more by now. Obviously, some-thing gravely traumatic had happened. "Dad... What's... Wrong?" She weakly asked, hoping for a reply. -
Lilly sighed. The only thing it was a dirt road and a car. "Guess that's our bed." She went to the car. It was locked but that wasn't stopping her, she took her knife and busted the window. She climbed in, this wasn't a very pleasant car but it would do.
(It short) -
Luke followed Lilly, inspecting the in-side of the car closely. Two front seats, one long back seat. "Dibs on back seat?" He quietly pleaded.
(It ok. Brb for a sec) -
(I just took a shower while doing this.)
Lilly nods and helps Jake climb in. "I can take full watch guys." Jake says while climbing in. "I mean I'm not two so...How hard will it be?" He got comfortable in the passenger seat. "Jake you'll pass out." Checks surroundings. -
(Nice.)
(I THOUGHT I POSTED GAH)
Luke buffeted him-self to the endless comfort the dirty back seat had for him. Despite it being very dirty and who knew what was in the car, he still felt incredibly comfortable.
