"Well, for starters, I'm short, so I couldn't see too much in the crowds. And I've never been this far from home. You're kind of a guide for me right now." She turned so that her back was facing his rather than the tree, and then laid back on the grass. She could see him out of the corner of her eye, but was focused on the stars. She brought one hand back behind her head as cushioning.

He leaned over and blocked her view of the stars. "Hm interesting and I'm just a guide and nothing more?" He smiled a bit.

"Well you're also a pain in the ass," she joked.

He huffed lightly and pretended to be hurt. "That was mean. Maybe I'll let you wander alone again."

"Alright... I can think of something more. I guess... you're a chair." She smiled. "But not a chair that you throw. The kind that you put in front of a fire and sit in with a warm drink and a blanket and a book. And you feel safe and warm."

He blushed lightly and laughed. "That's an odd thing to say about someone."

"And everything just feels... secure." She reached up and kissed his nose.

He laughed more and smiled. "Nice to know you think nicely of me." He thought for a moment. "Hm...you're bossy, rude sometimes, a pain in my ass and..." He kissed her cheek. "You're a kind sorceress."

She smiled. "You're probably the person I trust most in the world now... and you're a thief. There's something flawed about that."

He smiled lightly. "I'm sure there is."

Rona yawned a bit. "You trust me, don't you?"

He nodded lightly. "Of course I trust you. We are...partners aren't we?"

"Yes. Maybe in a few ways." She stared up at the stars.

He sighed and looked up at the stars as well. "I've noticed you've been looking up at the stars alot more."

She nodded. "They're gorgeous." Then she remembered, and looked at him. "How's that wound?"
