Jaya smiled at Becky. Without a word, she went over to Jake, opening his backpack. For a minute, the red eyed girl was just shuffling through the contents. She had a concentrated face as she decided on what to pull out. When Jaya's hand reappeared, a bag of chips that was being clutched tightly came into view. She offered the bag to Becky.
His eyes locked on Becky, Jake crossed his arms as Jaya went through the bag. He wondered if it was smart of Jaya to help this person out. He sighed as he noted the bag of chips being held out to the newcomer. It was annoying to know that the other person could get instant gratification from his younger girlfriend, and Jake decided Jaya would get punished for it. Eventually. He averted eye contact with the other two. -

Wait, why did I post?
-
So this is more of a post-when-you're-on kinda soap?)
Taylor steeped into what must've once been a great city, but of course after the plague almost nothing was still described as 'great'. She flexed her fingers, hidden in her gloves. Looking around, she saw that most of the buildings were damaged in some way. Some were almost completely demolished, while others seemed only to have suffered from a few broken windows.
Can I make a second character to travel with Taylor?) -
Waiting for a moment as Jaya dug through her bag, Becky eventually took the food, a little too hungrily. "Thanks, baby doll."
Ripping open the bag, Becky started to eat; talking while she did so, "So what are you guys doing out here in the middle of nowhere? Secret sexy times? Heading to Vegas? Both seem to be the popular choice at the moment. You don't seem to the kind of people attracted to the place though." -
(For now, yeah. Until everyone has a character that's interacting with someone else's.
Yes, you may.) -
Okay, thanks.)
Name: Victor Elliot
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Looks: Short, curly black hair, and steely gray-blue eyes. He has pale skin, opposite his sister- and is very tall and muscular.
Wears: Black boots, dark jeans, navy green t-shirt under black leather jacket. Also wears ID tags around his neck, as he served for 1 year in the armed forces.
Other: Is Taylor's big bro
Personality: Stern and very over protective of his sister, he has a soft side but rarely shows it. -
Dom walked inside and out back where the bodies lay. Maggots climbed in and out if the flesh making it seem to wiggle. Grunting he found a shovel and started to dig a grave.
Max slowly started to walk through the house and tried to find candels or air freshner. Finding some he sprayed it through each room and in the hall ways. Already it smelt better. -
Jake responded before Jaya could. "We're heading to Vegas. Of course, people aren't always what they seem to be. Don't you know that?" He let out a laugh. "As far as I'm aware, my darling Jaya is still a virgin." The last sentence was a lie. Most of the times, Jaya's punishments were forced sex, but what the other didn't know couldn't hurt.
Jaya kept her mouth shut as she rocked on her heals. Her hair swayed with her, eyes darting around, as if watching out for danger. It wasn't likely that there would be any, but she couldn't take chances. She let them trail to Becky's eyes. -
Victor moved slowly behind his sister, but both froze at the sound of voices.
(I forgot to say that Victor's power is strength, like Taylor)
One was obviously male, the other a bit neutral. It could be either sex. Taylor started towards the sounds at a quick pace, before Victor could stop her or warn her, as he always tried to do. -
"Can you read me?" Jia asked nervously. It was getting dark (I think, is it getting dark?), and she couldn't see too much, partially due to the fact forestry and shrubs were crowding this part of... Land. "X, just wake up, dammit!" She said, losing hope. Of course, she would look for it until she died. Then, she began to hear robotic movements and a tiny male voice in her head. It sounded like a weak boy's.
"... In *static* Cargo *static* area, blue... Blue car. *Static* Rusty and jagged." The little boy-sounding voice in her head said.
"Thank god!" She blurted out. She was a bit small for the cargo parts, but she would climb it, never-the-less. After she ran to the blue, edgy cargo storage car, she heard rustling, heavy rustling in the bushes. She grew nearly frantic, displaced a cover-door, and began to fill with utter happiness. "X!!!" She yelled out. -
(It's always getting dark. Cept at night.)
"Well then, what are we wasting time for? Walk and talk, chat and jog, get moving 'fore the sun sets and all the freaks come out. Got no time to waste standing around here. Got a couple of tire tracks here, should lead us straight to the place." Becky said, jogging her feet on the spot to emphasis her point. To be honest, he'd probably ditch the two of them once they'd entered Vegas, but that didn't mean he didn't want the company. Safety in numbers, a person to chat with; what more could a guy want? And if one was a cute girl, all the better.
Chuckling to himself, Becky turned to Jake, "Oh trust me, I know all about not looking like I am. It's just so hard for a girl like me to make it out here, sometimes I need a pair of nice, strong hands to carry me through." Becky said, winking. He wasn't sure if it was necessary, but he'd learned it was always better to fake it rather than not.
Skipping ahead, Becky started to trot down the road. "Come on, Vegas never waited for anyone before and it's not gonna start now." -
Jaya let out a soft giggle as she ran after Becky. She was already pretty attached to her, and was glad that Jake wouldn't turn out to be her only company after all. She walked behind the other person at a pretty moderate pace. Only after walking a few feet did Jaya turn to look at Jake.
Jake wasn't amused by the other person. Right off the bat, he noticed that there was something being hidden. He wondered if he should try to use the Forbidden Power he had (seeing as it was what he called it). Using it for too long would make him weak. Even a few seconds would make him slower. He couldn't take it. Jake's eyes gleamed for a second as he focused hard on Becky, attempting to break into her- or his- thoughts. -
Gently laying the first body, once male, into the grave he started to cover him up.
Max plopped down on the couch and sighed. -
Taylor ran over the uneven ground, her arms pumping and her sneakers pounding against the dirt. Victor sighed resignedly and began to run after we. Three figures were now visible, and Taylor waved one arm, calling out. "Hey!"
