Species: Reincarnation of the mountain godess who's shrine she watches over.
Other: Always being asked to bless the villagers, she's grown tired of remaining in the temple. The sacred jewel shard in her forehead allows her to see auras, and see through demonic illusions. -

Looks: silver hair, sliver eyes, pale skin, whisker marks on his face. Cat ears and a tail.
Other: carries around a sword that was given to him by an old priest he met.

Sayuri Sat on the shrine's steps, wrapping some cloth around Chi's arm carefully.
Chi leaped up into the trees close by when she finished, not wanting to get caught by any humans passing by.
Sayuri waved at him as he left, then sighed, turning to go pray again, removing the beads from her neck and wrapping them around her hands. -
Renji walked through the forest whistling happily, it was a peaceful day for him. No other demons challenging him for his sword. He heard the bushes rustle and he sighed. Spoke too soon. he pulled out his sword when he was ambushed.

Sayuri continued praying, even when she heard the younger shrine maidens whispering about how she was so lucky to be so gifted.
Sayuri wanted to tell them it wasn't all that wonderful, but she restrained herself. Old Lady Fuse had told her she got her temper from the mountain goddess. Sayuri just thought everyone was crazy. She didn't feel special. She felt exceedingly human, no where near holy. -
After a while Renji drove his sword through the last demon and he was breathing heavily. He was covered in large cuts and scrapes. He sheathed his sword and started to stumble through the forest. He kept stumbling until he landed in a clearing near a shrine. "ugh...help...please..."

Most the girls either moved inside or ignored the demon when he came close by.
Sayuri, however, got up and walked over to him, disgusted that everyone had fled inside.
She kept a bag of first aid supplies on her shoulder, and quickly went to work cleaning and wrapping his wounds silently. -
He winced every time the girl who was helping him wrapped his wounds. "You know...you could have just left me to die...like most of the other people..." He hissed lightly and his ears twitched.

"I'm not a murderer."She responded, and finished.
"I advise you to rest.."She started, figuring anything she said would go through one ear and out the other, as it had with most other demons. -
He chuckled lightly. "Fine I'll stay and rest, what ever the Priestess wants me to do." He really wasn't like most demon, he would actually listen. "It's actually nice you're not a murderer." He started to sit up and winced. "Ow... Don't worry, I just felt like sitting up."
