She raised an eyebrow, surprised, then muttered "Your Aura's white." Then quickly regretted it. Most people were creeped out when they realized she could read their aura.
Chi came bounded off the temple's roof, leaping onto the ground beside them, grinning.
"Who's this big cat?" He asked, curiosity lighting up his eyes. -

He blinked and was about to comment on the aura thing, then his eyes landed on the demon. "Who are you calling big cat, little bat?" He smiled. "I'm 6'0 that's not very big. But I am Renji. You are little demon?"

"Chikafusa."He replied, then heard voices from the shrine and leaped away again, afraid.
"You can't stay at the shrine...but I might know a place you can stay at." She said suddenly, returning her supplies to her bag. -
He smiled a bit."Nice to meet you Chik." He looked at the priestess and nodded. "That will be just fine, shrines bother me sometimes and the humans run me out." He started to stand up, almost falling back.

She tried to help, though she wasn't very strong. "I'm Sayuri, by the way."

He smiled and was finally able to stand. "Well it's was an odd way of meeting you Sayuri. But I thank you for helping me, now I'm in debt to you." He bowed and winced along the way. "And I also thank you for helping me stand."

"Of course." She said, then started to lead him past the shrine, toward a small house by itself with a fountain out front.
Flowered vines grew up the side of the building, and a well kept garden grew behind it. -
He followed after her and blinked at the small house. "It looks nice, no one has really been nice enough to me like this." He smiled at her. "Thank you Sayuri, you're a very kind human and priestess." He started to walk to the door of the house slowly, limping a bit.

She darted ahead of him, stopping in front of the door.
"Hold on. I have to tell you the conditions for staying here" She said, crossing her arms. -
He stood still and tilted his head. "Alright tell me the conditions for staying here."

"First, I have a few questions. You have no interest in the sacred jewel, correct? Also, you don't mind someone else being here with you, do you?" She asked, keeping a perfect poker face.

He blinked and shook his head. "No I have no interest in that jewel and I don't mind other people." He chuckled. "I don't understand how you can keep a straight face, must be a priestess thing." He smiled.

She ignored the last part, and nodded "Good, because this is my house."
She then added "Second condition, you are not allowed to wander the village or shrine grounds without either me or Chikafusa, alright? The village nearby is full of demon hunters.." -
He nodded his head. "I've run into a few demon hunters before, but I agree to your conditions." He blinked. "You live here odd, usually the priestesses live in a much bigger place."
