(Sorry I'm being a dick! You do realize Nikkili is a guy, correct?)
Nikkili seen another human-shaped figure coming towards them, and pleaded to Erika "We have to get out of here, now! Like, right now! Now! Not then, now! Now, dammit, now!" very hyper-ish. -
Get ovuh here!
-
Erika sighed. "Calm down, there was another student down by the river. What if it's him?" Erika glanced at the river again. Marina wasn't there anymore. The place where she was standing was now replaced by rippling water. Erika frowned. Something didn't feel right.
Marina opened her mouth to say something, but was cut off by her sister. "I can't believe you, Marina! After pretty much everybody tells you to stay in the area, you go and meet humans?! Now they know that there are what they consider monsters in these woods! Did you ever think about the consequences?" Marina frowned and looked at her feet. -
(IHLAOY... We miss you... Hey how old are you? Are you REALLY 64?)
Nikkili then began to hastily talk, nearly cutting Erika off. "Can we really risk it? Risk it being another alien?! What if it's not so nice as to play with us, but, rather, it frickin' kills us immediately?!". He then looked around, and seen the human-like figure was gone, replaced by soiled ground. -
Erika frowned. He had a point. "But... But what if they are friendly? I mean, that Marina girl was..." Erika sighed. She couldn't prove her point because Marina was gone. A thought came to Erika's mind: What if Marina was going to lead her into a trap in the middle of the lake so she left? Erika erased the thought from her mind. "Marina had seemed a lot like me, even if she was a monster."
Marina followed her sister through a water tunnel, listening to her sister talk about the terrible things that could happen to her. "I wouldn't be surprised if Dad made you wear the Litter Hat of Shame! Oh, then announce it to the entire family! He'll probably keep you in the house until those humans you found rot and die miserably!" Marina clenched her fist in anger, "Stop it." Her sister turned to her. "Why should I? It's not me who went to talk to humans, it was you." -
"Exactly." Nikkili said in hushed and prominent voice. He then followed suite; "We need to simply stay out of dodge, we can;t risk another alien finding us here.", and he pointed towards the bent, half-destroyed turned-over bus.
"If we check the bus, we should be able to tell which way it came from, as there would be broken trees, mangled bushes, and other tell-tales of where we came from."
He then hurried towards the bus, it seemed so far away. Even though he had a bad cut in he left thigh, he grace-fully bounded over dead trees and matted shrubbery, and though "How in the hells am I doing this?". He then switched his thoughts, and he could hear another voice. -
(Heller?)

(Sorry this took so long. No, of course I'm not 64 years old. That was a joke.)
"Slow. Don't run. Take it slow. No tripping, be careful and take it slow." Grant shouted, wincing as the words raced through his throat. He wasn't used to needing to shout, and doing so did absolute hell on his already unused vocal cords. It sounded more like he was growling the words out than actually speaking them.
Closing the gap, Grant tried to get closer to the two people. He waved extravagantly to catch their attention, running faster while he did so. -

Erika sighed. She she was about to follow Nikkili when something caught her eye. She turned and saw the other student. She waved back to let him know that she saw him. Then Erika pointed in the direction that Nikkili went, hoping that the student got the message. Then Erika turned and started running after Nikkili.
Marina swam in silence. It was the complete opposite for her sister, though. She was babbling about how their parents would punish her, or how the humans would die. Marina sighed. She hoped that the humans would be okay, and that they won't go crazy after finding out that they can't leave. -
(Or CAN WE?!)
Nikkili bounded obstacles, trying not to get tangled in shrubbery. Once it got a bit too dense, he stopped. He was looking straight at the bus. He began to flood with memories. "Nononononononononono, NO!" He said with anxiety and confusion and hysteria.
"We need to find our friends. And some supplies. I think my friend Rob packed a machete. Do you have any-thing sharp of use?" Nikkili asked Erika, not bothering to turn around and look at her. -
The bus came into view after a few more minutes of running. Not that Grant was surprised. The signs of its descent weighed heavily on the forest; and its location was easy to find. Memories bubbled forth, and he vaguely remembered more people setting off from this place, but forced them down. There were more important things.
Setting forth, Grant crept towards the two people in front of him. His footsteps were silent as he walked closer, appearing behind the duo. With a friendly smile that showed too many teeth, Grant said, "Hey." -
