He laughed and closed his eyes. The snow melted and left no water in its wake. "There fixed. All the snow is gone."

"I'm a little afraid of you, to be honest. I used to think I was powerful, because I could kill anyone at any time. But you could easily kick my ass if you wanted to, and that's a little terrifying."

He smiled at her. "I would never hurt you Jessa." He kissed her temple and stood up, holding his hand out to her.

That doesn't change the fact that you could. Jessa took his hand and stood.

He blinked. "You think we could get your sisters and the woman?"

"We could, but... wasn't there a bridge that fell apart or something?"

He walked over to a window. "It should be fixed now." He saw it was nearly complete. "It will be complete tomorrow."

"We should leave tomorrow, then." She smiled.

He smiled back and yawned. "We better get some sleep then. It would probably take a while to get there."

"I'm actually kind of hungry," she told him.

He chuckled. "Alright. We can see what is edible."

She took his hand and headed to the kitchen.

He let her lead him there. "What do you want to make this time hm?"

"I'm not sure... Anything sounds good, really." She shrugged.

He thought for a moment. "How about I cook something for you? As a surprise."
