He woke up early the next morning and yawned quietly. Walking into the kitchen he started to brew up some coffee in his old white coffee maker. Opening the fridge he pulled out eggs and bacon and started cooking for them both. He walked back into his room and pulled on grey sweat pants and a black hoodie. He slid on his running shoes and went back to cooking.

Allonsy NewbieShe awoke slowly, eyes cracking open, looking at her surroundings, before she finally opened them up all the way. The horrible pain in her stomach was gone, replaced by hunger. She slowly stood, suddenly aware that she was still in her tattered government clothes.
-
He left the warm food in the pans for her to find a note saying he went to go run. Stepping outside he flicked his hood up and placed ear buds in his ears and outside he went. Pushing play he started to run as music pounded into his head.
-
Silver grunted as she stood. She ached all over. Stiffly she made her way to the kitchen, following her nose. She saw the note and once again puzzled over the strangeness of Zayn. She couldn't wrap her mind around why he would help her; do so much for her. But she didn't have time to worry much longer as food blew her worries away. She dug in ferociously.
-
Soon he was sweating from the heat as the sun started to rise. He pushed himself harder as he started to near his end of two miles. He was only gone for about half an hour before he slowed down and walked inside. He pushed pause on his tunes and let his ear buds dangle around his neck. He opens the front door to find her scarfing down his food. He chuckled quietly and got a water bottle.
-
She watched him as he entered, and she felt her eyes narrow as he walked towards her, then in another direction for water. She couldn't help the protectiveness that rose up for her food. If he touched it, she'd probably pin him against a wall. But he isn't. He made it for you. He won't take it away. She reminded herself, taking another bite.
-
He took a long swig from his water and blinked at her. He didn't say anything but just stood and watched her with his golden blue eyes.
-
She shifted in her seat, finishing up and scraping the plate clean, eyes meeting his before she quickly turned her gaze away.
-
He took another long drink before speaking. "What happens to you anyway? Me and Jax found you passed out. Thought you might have been on drugs." He shrugged only one shoulder as Jax scampers to his masters feet at the sound of his name.
-
She shook her head. "No drugs. It's...complicated." Silver stood and put her plate in the sink, back turned towards him.
-
Bends down and scoops up the puppy into his arms and stands back up to look at her. "Do you have a place to stay?" He didn't press her history as long as she didn't press for his.
-
"No." She said shortly, turning back around and wrapping her arms around herself, "I'll figure something out."
-
"You can stay here." He shrugged. He had a spare bedroom from his ex-girlfriend who he had just broken up with. She had taken her things and was gone. He blinked back to the present and tilted his head slightly in a question. Jax barked at her.
-
She blinked, first at him, then at the dog. "I mean, if you're okay with it. But if you try and rape me or something, I'll kick your ass. Just a warning." She turned her eyes back on him.
-
He started giggling like a tiny child. His chest heaved and quiverd as he fought for control over his laughter. "Yeah sure. Bedrooms on the right last door." He shook his head and grabbed his board before heading outside to the balcony and sat down on a metal chair and set the dog down and laying the board across his lap and picked up an old blue cloth and started to wipe down his board.
