Lauren walked to her cabin in the Cabin Area. Her cabin was one of the closest ones to Sir's. Lauren always wondered why he only wanted them to call him Sir, but she didn't really mind. She was used to calling people Sir and Madam.
A couple of people asked her what happened. She explained to whoever asked that they were attacked. She walked into her cabin and collapsed onto the bed. She decided she would tell everyone tomorrow. -
Kass stared at the map for a few moments, absorbing everything cutter said. "So we just go to this 'sir' and him if I can have a cabin?" she asks still eyeing the whole map. She played her knife, remembering she had it. It was a little rusty at the tip, and the handle fit in her hands perfectly from so much use of it. She thought of the knife throwing tests. Kass was pretty good at them, but she could've been better.
-
IHLAOY NewbieSlowly, Cutter shook his head again. "Well, not Sir himself; I mean, if it was that easy to meet him I'd have already killed him myself; save myself a lot of trouble. No no, you'll just need to check in with the social manager."
-
Shade raised her eyebrows at them. "Screw all this. Just stay in the cabin with me. I only have one other member." As she spoke, she deftly retied Cutter's bandage, careful not to brush or touch him in the process.
"There, that's a bit better." She said, tying it up, "And why would you want to kill Sir?" This was good information to have. Why would they feel rebellious, why would they want to kill the headmaster figure of the camp? And did others feel this way?
But she would start with that one question aimed at Cutter. -
Kass looked up from her knife at Shade. She was being so quiet, that she started her a bit. "So I'll just stay with you for now?"she asked a bit unsure. She looked around the room again. It wasn't really a nice place to stay, but it was still cozy looking.
-
"This is Cutter's cabin. You'd be staying in mine." Shade said, scanning the map and pointing out the spot where it was. "It's not that far from here."
-
IHLAOY Newbie"He kidnapped me and Kass, that's why." Cutter explained, as if it was the simplest thing in the world. "And now he won't let me leave. Do you have any idea how many times I've tried to get out of this place? Oh sure, the food's good and the soldiers are polite, but I don't like it here. And each time I leave, they drag me back. It's madness."
Turning his eyes back to the map, Cutter put on his signature grin again, "But that's fine. Me and Kass have a plan, it's gonna get me out of here for good." -
I'm confused. WW4 technically kidnapped her. And the rebellion is against WW4 from having another war against whoever their having a war with. But the thing is that she wanted to come to the rebellion. So maybe a few things need to change.)
"I do want to get to California. But more for the life style I guess." Kass said shifting her feet. She felt a little uncomfortable from being so far from her usual place-in WW4 head quarters. -
IHLAOY Newbie(At this moment Cutter doesn't realize WW4 kidnapped Kass and just assumes she's in the same position he is.)
"I want to go back to my farm. You know I had a dog back there? Like, an actual physical dog? It was amazing. Not to mention the silence was the best part...as long as you could ignore some of the noisier inhabitants." Cutter agreed. -
Oh ok.)
"I've never had a dog before...or any animal to take care of." she thought for a moment of how WW4 was all about work.
Madam order a few of the worker to come in and take care of me. They stuffed her mouth with a cloth and set the supplies they needed next to her on another table. They set the device on her demples and waited for the comands. "Ready?" Madam asked me rather than the workers. I let out no, but it was muffled. "Start it." she comanded bluntly. Kass felt the electric surge bolt through her veins causing her body to sqirm uncontrolably. She tried to scream, but her voice was cut off by the bolts of energy.
Kass staired off into a corner not really paying attention anymore. -
Shade looked at Cutter. "A dog...Heh, I've never had a dog. How are you going to get out, hm?"
She then turned to Kass. The girl seemed completely lost in her thoughts, relapsing into the silent musing she'd been in before. "You alright?" She asked, studying the map. -
IHLAOY NewbieCutter simply shook his head, "Don't worry about it. You don't want to get out; it shouldn't affect you that much."
Clapping his hands together, Cutter skipped back towards the open door. "Thanks for the bandage, it's working much better now. But, the sun is running out, so you two should probably get going and find Kass a cabin." -
"Yea, I'm fine." she answered looking at the door. "Well I guess I'll be on my way with Shade." Kass says observing the dark blue hue of the sky. She felt a little bad about not paying much attention to the others, but her memories came randomly during the day or in her dreams. They huanted her most of the time.
-
"What if I do?" Shade asked, examining the map, "And you're quite welcome. I can redo it tomorrow, if you like."
She turned slightly to blink at Kass. Something was wrong with the girl. What it was, exactly, was still to be determined. But she'd find out. She always did, eventually.
"Alright, Kass. Come on. Follow me." -
As she followed Shade, the crunch of the leaves beneath her feet reminded her of her home when she was a child. Kass, flinched at the sound of screams in the distance, most likely from the wounded. But the small fight wouldn't end there. She was well behaved most of the time back at WW4, but despise her escape fails, she did good in the trials and practices. Even Madam had a thing going on for her. From the way she talked to her and all the privet conversations, it got her thinking late at night sometimes.
