He raised an eyebrow. "Wow." Then Ben looked at her, "she did yours?"

Ali nodded. "She comes from a very long line of powerful witches. I've known her whole family line since I became a vampire." Sits down on the couch.

"Do they live human lifespans?" he asked.

She shook her head. "Kinda. But they live just a little bit longer. Now, Mages, they live forever. Kinda like witches but they have demon and fairy blood." Looks around the room, it was all white with tall shelves of books and the couch, a rug, a hearth, and the desk with papers and a computer.

"Huh, cool," he leaned against the wall, looking around. "I wonder who hit us..."

Layla walked in with the ring in her hands. "Here you go." Slips it onto his finger. "Now.. Would you two stay for a cup of 'coffee'?" Chuckles. Ali stood and grinned, "We would love too. And thank you."

"Thank you," he said, looking at it. "I love it, Ali." he smiled. Looking at her, he waited to follow her.

She blinked and didn't move just yet. "I love it." She sighed happily.

He gave his girl a quick kiss, before facing the witch. "Coffee?"

They followed Layra downstairs. "Blood, blood Sweety. We say coffee around the kids." Ali sat down at the table just as two kids ran into the kitchen, Danny and a three year old boy with curly brown hair and hazel eyes. "Hey babies." She chuckled and scooped up the boy.

Ben raised his eyebrows, and sat beside Ali. His handgun clunking against the wood.

Layra raised an eyebrow at him but out two cups of steaming blood infront of them. "Lance, Ben. Ben, lance." The baby screamed happily and gentle pulled on her hair. She laughed and swept the little girl into her lap too.

He nodded politely, wrapping his fingers around the cup.

Layra sat down next to Ben. She lowered her voice so only he could hear, that and she used a spell so the other couldn't hear them. "You know.. I've never seen her this happy before." Ali was tickling the kids and they would laugh and try tickling her back.

He nodded, "funny thing is, we've only known each other for two weeks. I love her, and I'm pretty sure she loves me. Thats enough for us."
