Shara smiled and pulle herself into a half-submerged rock. Dangling her feet in the water, she sighed. "You know it's not safe for fairies here."
-
I nodded, "yep, and I know you are too." I said.
-
(Late post..)
-
That's fine!)
"Ever since that half-breed Edgar took the throne, he's ordered to have all pure fairies who won't join him killed."
Read her backstory on page 1!) -
(lol, it's okay! ^.^)
I packed up all my stuff and shoved it into the coral case. I then hid behind a giant rock and closed my eyes. I was then dresses in aquamarine top and long jeans. I walked behind the rock and noticed a tingling in the air. I stopped and looked around. I couldn't see anything peculiar, so I walked on. I had a puzzled look on my face as I walked over to Derik who was drying off. -
"I know," I said, quietly. "It's hard to hide from his servants. I had to hide in the Human World." I looked at the beach. "Ever since, I've been hiding."
-
"So have I." Shara told her. "I stopped here for a rest, but you should get going tomorrow. I saw some servants yesturday."
-
I frowned, "I guess I should. But for now I will relax. It's not every day that our kind get to relax. Even for the shortest bit of time." I said, calmly.

Derik
*Sat down on a drift wood log.* "You are probely wondering how I knew you were a mermaid and how come you've never seen me"
*He sighed*
"I come from Aquarias,Oceana I hated it there, so I left and have only been around here a week. I noticed you glimmered in the sun, and that you seemed slightly unstable walking, plus what I thought was a scale on your leg that you forgot to hide." *notices necklace* "oh, that's how you did it" -
Can I jump in?)
-
Shara dipped her toes a little farther into the water. "I guess you're right. I haven't relaxed in a while.
-
I nodded. I sat back on the rock I sat on before, making sure not to fall off again. "How long have you been in the Human World?"
-
(sure you can!)
-
I looked at him and grinned. He wasn't much like any of the mermen back in the Atlantic Ocean or the Pacific Ocean. He just seemed different. "Cool," I said," I got this necklace from my mother. Uh, Queen Calessa." I sighed heavily.
-
"A year now." She answered.
