I think the powers are normal dolphin things, just better. Dolphins can't normally control waves.)

Current curiously stuck his snout in a bed of coral, wondering what was inside. "Ouch!" he cried, stumbling backwards. A crab living there had pinched his nose! Irritated, Current streaked away, leaving a bubbly trail behind him.
Wenda crashed through the break of a small but sturdy rolling wave. A horde of flying fish glided above her. I can't wait to do that tonight, she thought eagerly.
