She felt so happy... she batted her wings a little, standing up, still hugging him.

Fang stood up with her.

Max didn't know what to do, she just held on.... she had NEVER felt this affectionate about a member from the flock before...

Fang pulled away slightly, smiling.

Max pulled away a little too, looking at her feet. "Um...thanks for, um...telling me," she murmured.

Fang looked down as well. "You're welcome..."

"No..." She took a few steps back. "Ready to go back, or what now?" She muttered.

Fang nodded. "Yeah."

She took off into the air, flapping her speckled wings. They arrived back home.

Fang landed in front of the house, and folded his black wings.

they entered. She looked shyly at him.

Fang looked away.

Max decided that it was time for dinner.

Angel raced over then. "Max, I'm hungry!"

she "attempted" to make hamburgers. Iggy and Gazzy were gone, though she could see them outside. Shrugging, she sat down to eat her burger.
