"No, I'm not. And, if I can go now, I need to go buy some food!" Kor stormed off.

Belle watched her go. "Poor girl. I bet she's running outta gold. Like everyone else."

"Have you been holding her or something?" Dennis asked.

Kor stopped by the stall where they said sold the cheapest fruit. She looked at the fruit, wondering how cheap it really was.

The lady at the booth glared. "You buying, girl?" She asked gruffly.

Kor nodded, then asked, "How much would this buy?" She dug her hand into the pouch and pulled out some coins.

Merra counted the coins, then held up a small basket of apples, and a large melon. "This much. It's all I can spare at the moment." She smiled at the girl. "Maybe I'll have more tomorrow." -
Kor nodded and smiled, then took the fruit.

Merra smiled for a moment, then moved on to the next customer.

Kor walked away, and back into the center of the market. She knew she had enough for now, so she started to walk home.

Belle turned to Dennis. "When was the last time you saw him?"
