A large orange tom balanced on a fence, the black markings and the odd star-shaped marking on his head standing out among all the black fur. Suddenly, he wobbled a bit, getting a better hold. He had never had a good sense of balance, though he was so fast and strong. He spread his weight out evenly, then turned his head upwards, gazing at the sky. He could imagine seeing a dark, star-filled above him. But there wasn't one. So he turned to his thoughts, thinking about the information he had heard. She was alive, but with the forest cats. His sister was alive, in the forest. Another cat had seen her recently. Suddenly, he jumped off the fence.
A bit later, he stood at the fringe of the Twolegsplace, staring at the forest in front of him. He took a deep breath, and whispered, "Get ready, Snow. 'Cause Jason's finally coming to find you!" Then he ran forward, disappearing into the forest. -
Wait, "the others" never said anything about a "romantic affair" in the clan. Especially not Steel! D: But I guess we'll say Shock said that. And Rocky. And YES! I've been waiting for the mysterious Jason to make an appearance! X3)
Shock snickered and muttered something about "softer than most toms." Rocky glared at Shock but the yellow tom simply sneered back. Misty and Cloudy were asleep in the cave/den where Jewel had been kept as a kit. -
(I just needed to say that! I've been wanting Jason to do something for weeks!)
Jewel stared down at her paws, not sure if she should go see misty now or later. -
Steel sat in a tree right above the camp, looking down on Jewel and his brothers.

Jewel looked up and around, not noticing Steel.

Cloudy yawned softly and rose. Exiting the cave, he raised a skeptical whiskered brow. "Jewel? You're back."
