Shock crept forward, his "little sister's" white pelt now in veiw.
"What is it?" Otterpaw asked in a whisper. -
"R-r-r-r-r-ROUGES!"She stuttered.

Otterpaw stiffened, her heart suddenly racing. "Where!?"

"I don't know!"

Shock glared at Otterpaw. "Clan scum...killed Ember...Jewel...abandoned us..."He stopped muttering and released a feirsome cry. He tackled Otterpaw to the ground. She meowed in surprise and slipped away. "L-Lightpaw..." An unamused snort came from the pale yellow tom. "They even gave you a clan name? How sweet."

Jewel back away from him, her eyes dark. "It's not a name I want."
(I'm just not going into how conflicted she is... it'll be way too much like our dear friend Blizzardstorm!) -

His eyes softened, and he ignored the trembling Otterpaw behind the white she cat. "Come back. Sister." -
"I was never your sister."
(Not really. She's just like most people who are raised believing one thing, then suddenly are taken away and told that everything they've ever know is a lie.) -

His gaze hardened. "Fine then." He lashed out, hopin to pin her down. -
Jewel dodged, moving to the side. She really didn't mean what she said. She still thought of him as her brother, but he had lied to her. Her so-called family had lied to her.

"So what? Don't you miss us?" He slashed but missed, and jumped to the side. "Cloudy? Misty?" He sneered. "Steel?"
