Gingerspot laughed at the kits' shocked expressions. "That actually happened?!" Owlkit gasped. Gingerspot nodded. "You know, you look a lot like him." Rainwhisker said. "Who're you parents, kit?" -
"Oakstripe and Redfur!" Eaglekit squeaked.

"I also heard he as an apprentice now." Leopardspot added.

"Apprentice?" Dovepelt asked sharply. "Blizzardstorm has been a warrior for moons now, you forgetful old fox!" She grumbled. Fireflight chuckled at the two. Dovepelt was always bickering with someone. "Ah, that explains it!" Rainwhisker chuckled. "He's your half brother. Oakstripe was his father, as he is yours." The old gray blue tom explained. "Yes, yes. They could be twins!" Roseheart meowed.

"I meant he HAS an apprentice!" Leopardspot protested.

Dovepelt rolled her eyes. "Sure you did." Under her breath she muttered, "Mousebrain." Owlkit was equally stunned. "Woah!" Shadowfang blinked at Leapardspot. "Yes, Oceanpaw I beleive. Or was it Streampaw..."

"Do you have any Idea where he is?" Eaglekit asked, wanting to meet his half-brother.

Rainwhisker shook his head. "Sorry kit, I'm not sure." Owlkit sighed, then turned to her brother. "Maybe Oakstripe knows!" Gingerspot nodded. "I bet he does. But do us a favor, would you?" "Sure!" Owlkit replied. "Visit again soon. Dovepelt's complaints are getting old." She chuckled.

Eaglekit nodded. "We will! Come on, Owlkit!" Eaglekit bounded out of the nursery.
Oakstripe was at the fresh-kill pile, eating a large mouse.
Stonekit couldn't take it any longer. She slowly opened her blue eyes.

Oceanpaw sat down, panting.

Blizzardstorm looked at his apprentice. "Come on, you didn't even try the move for going against bigger cats yet!"

Owlkit said goodbye to the elders, before scampering after her brother.
Dragonkit shifted, blinking open one electric green eye, then the other. Redfur smiled giving both her daughters a lick.
Willowkit yawned, blinking open her eyes. It had been a long night.
