Blizzardstorm was fuming. Though, this time it wasn't making him do it. Then, his eyes became wild, and his fur stood on end. There he was. Himself. It. The Thing. Blizzard. It was glaring at him, laughing at his failure in life. Then it was gone. The thing had only appeared to Blizzardstorm, to no one else.

Cloudflight shrunk down in fright. "Don't hurt me!" He hissed.

Blizzardstorm settled down. "Stupid Blizzard..." -

Skypaw stared at him, still willing to beleive he was innocent. "So...what did happen?"

"I heard a yowl, and told Windflight I'd go see what it was. Jaggedpaw went with me. We followed the noise to 2 cats, a she-cat and a tom. They looked like they were hurt. The she-cat asked Jaggedpaw to come forward, and she..." Blizzardstorm shivered, "She unsheathed her claws and tried to kill him. They weren't hurt at all. Then the tom attacked me, so I wouldn't be able to save Jaggedpaw. This"-he motioned to the blood on his chest-" was from where I had hurt the tom. But we were exactly in sync for every other move we made. Then the tom laughed, and said he knew who I was... the one who used to be part of the rouges... the she-cat laughed and said I'd be blamed for Jaggedpaw's death. Then they left."

Skypaw squeezed her eyes closed. When she opened them, they were regretful and sad. "I'm sorry."

Skypaw padded slowly over to Stormpaw and Gullfeather, who were both extremely shocked. Stormpaw looked frustrated that he couldn't do anything to change what had happened. Gullfeather looked heartbroken. Another family member lost. -
(Well, then I have to say that that is my Favorite book series and I strongly suggest you finish reading them!)
