I glance at Darksong, my voice cracking, " Can you come and set vigil with me? Sorry about Riverkit, he was so young. But I know he won't have to feel any more pain. I know how it feels. I lost everything and everybody: My kits, my best friend, my mate, and my family." I bury my muzzle in my paws. " Now I can finally share it with someone else..." -

Splashfoot: I turn to Snowpaw. "Just wait. Your paw'll be good as new in a moon or two." I meow comfortingly.
Darksong: I look back at Finchbreeze, who is mourning Littlepaw. "I'm sorry." I whisper. "I know it hurts." -

Splashfoot: I see that Snowpaw is watching Riverkit. "A Jayclan warrior got him." I explain sadly. "There's nothing anyone could've done." -
Omega_Wolf NewbieI smile back. " Ok," I say, getting up, my limbs aching from tripping over that bramble earlier.
I felt alot better. Someone actually cared about me. Maybe this can be the beggining of a new friendship.
I can feel the agony in my heart lift a bit. I realize that there is more to life than setting vigil, or going hunting. And it's called friendship. -

clanmate! She knows what's its like to lose your mate, or kits, or friends. I have a feeling we'll become good friends. I turn and pounce on a medium sized rabbit. -
Omega_Wolf Newbie" Good catch," I meow to her. The moon rises up, making the ground light up in Moonlight. I see stars come out. " D'you think that RIverkit and Littlepaw are up there?" I ask. I feel happy now that I have a new friend and that my old bestie is being cared of, along with Darksong's kit, but I can't help but ask the question. I pounce on a wren, and kill it.
