Finchbreeze padded to the main tunnel and motioned with her tail for the apprentices to follow her. Flarepaw ran after his mentor.

Yellow_Rose NewbieGoldenpaw ran after the two other cats, her paws making soft thumps on the earthy floor.

Finchbreeze lead them out of the tunnels. Flarepaw closed his eyes at the sudden increase in sunlight. He opened them a minute later, and gazed at the forest around him. How do Jayclan and Sunclan stand it? The sun's so bright!

Finchbreeze had heard what Goldenpaw muttered. "Because a long time ago, Jayclan found a way into the tunnels and drove us up onto the surface. We barely won that battle, and so the leader back then, Stonestar, made sure every apprentice was taught to fight above land." -

i walk along to the training site, where cats usually get all pumped up and attain skills. i felt like crap, but i could get over it. "heyo!" i say, padding up to stream.
