"Who was she? Maybe i know her."

"Her name was Midnight when she was living here."

"Hmm... Doesn't sound familliar."

Ash thought. "I think I might have known her. She was young, though. A young black cat."

"Did she have bright green eyes?" He asked Ash.

Ash furrowed his furry brow. "Yes, I remember. It was the first thing you spotted about her. Those quick lively eyes."

"That'd be her!"

"Why did she leave?"

He nodded. "She was a good cat. A bit too adventurous for a house pet but good nonetheless. She was a smart one." He winked atOakstripe again. "You were lucky."

"She said that she just wanted to have, 'No restraints, and to be able to do what she wanted.' And what do you mean, I was lucky?"

"Lucky to know her, i hope..."

"To know a cat like that at such a young age." Ash commented. "Where you close?"

"When we were young, we were good friends. But then..." He let his voice trail off.
