"W-Woah!" Firekit yelped. She gasped as the rock beneath her paws shifted, jerking forward. It spilled her onto the ground, leaving the young kit to spot dirt out of her mouth, sputtering and trying to get dust out of her eyes as another rock dislodged and fell.

Ravenkit was thrown to the side and landed heavily on her side. She began coughing, and struggled to her paws. Yet another rock fell, and she fell down again as the earth shook again.

"R-Ravenkit!" Firekit called desperately, coughing and choking on the clouds of foggy dust. "Ravenkit, w-where are you!?" She yowled, jumping as another boulder landed. They were everywhere, surrounding the kit at every turn. And her sister could be hurt! "Ravenkit!"

"F-Firekit!" Ravenkit cried. She struggled to her paws again, and leaned against a boulder for support.

"Rave~!" Firekit's cry was cut off by more violet choking. The ground rumbled again and the kitten was thrown to the ground, squeezing her eyes closed against the stinging dust. More bangs of fallin rocks, and as her consciousness faded away she could almost here something else. A voice, faded and muffled but still there... "Firekit, Firekit..."
"Firekit! Ravenkit!" Crowfrost yowled, staring with wide eyes at the tunnel. She couldn't enter without being crushed herself, but her kits were inside! Splashfoot too had seen the tunnel start to collapse, and was pacing the entrance, looking for a way in. But when a rock nearly squashed the calico, she jumped back, settling instead for nervously waving her tail and calling for the kits. -
Ravenkit yelped as a boulder landed only pawsteps from her. She squeezed her eyes shut. Oh, I'm going to die!

Maybe we should stop the cave in now?)

Ravenkit waited for the ground to shake again, for another boulder to fall.

As soon as the thunderous rumbles stopped, Crowfrost darted into the tunnel, followed quickly by Splashfoot. Crowfrost called out again, her meow was much clearer without the echoing noises of tumbling stones. Splashfoot closed her eyes and listened, her eyes flying opened in triumph at the sound of tiny breathing.

"M-M-Momma?!!" Ravenkit cried out, hearing a voice. -

"Ravenkit! Keep calling me!" Crowfrost yowled, looking around frantically. -
