"Maybe I don't want to smile." He grumbled, not looking at the other. His eyes wandered, looking out at the buildings they passed by. "Plus, you didn't answer any of my questions. You don't usually act like this, so is it so a-wrong for me to want to know why?"
-
"I can't force you to smile, then," Antonio replied to the first comment. "It is not wrong for you to ask, Young Master, in fact it is rather endearing that you've finally managed to show some interest. But I simply do not want to tell you, like how you don't want to smile."
-
"Don't get the wrong idea, it's not like I care so much, and fine, don't tell me." Lovino turned away, his back facing the other. He hated this feeling, not understanding things. Why did he even want to know so much? Was it what the Spaniard was hiding or why he was hiding it that bothered him most? He sighed, shutting his eyes and decided to pretend he was asleep the rest of the way home.
-
The Spaniard tried to think up of a smart response, but decided not to push it. He'd rather stay silent than anger the Italian farther. So he didn't reply, instead he led the horses back home. He didn't realize that Lovino was pretending to sleep. At the moment, he didn't care too much himself.
-
When they were finally back, Lovino stirred and grabbed the things they had got. He paused, wondering whether or not to say something or just remain silent. He shook his head slightly, turning to get out of the carriage. "I'll be in the house..."
-
By then, Antonio was off of the carriage and was now going to lead the horses to their stalls. "I'll have lunch ready for you shortly, Young Master," he said without turning back to face the younger male.
-
Lovino ran up the steps, going inside. When he was in he tossed the merchandise on a chair in the living area, sitting down on the couch next to it. He had gotten an idea of what he was going to do, so he waited for the butler to come in and make lunch, meanwhile reading
boredly staringat a book. -
He fed the horses and gave them water before he made his way back into their house. The butler honestly didn't feel like making lunch nor did he even have the inspiration for it, but he knew that it was his obligation to do so. He was trying to come up with possible ideas for a meal as he walked inside.
-
After hearing the butler come in, Lovino walked off towards the kitchen, taking a moment to compose himself before walking in. He put on his best smile, obviously very fake, and looked to the butler. "Ciao."
-
Antonio cocked an eyebrow at him. "Hola. What exactly are you trying to accomplish with that smile?" Lovino never smiled to begin with, and if it did it was on rare occasions. So this was obviously an attempt towards something other than actually being happy.
-
"I am simply proving that I can do something I don't want to do." He shrugged, continuing to smile as if it were the most normal thing in the world. "So what do you plan on a-making?"
-
Antonio looked at him for a second, then chuckled lightly. He had to admit, Lovino was a fighting spirit. It was one of the many things Antonio found entertaining about him. "I'm going to make pasta with a side of ceviche, if that suits you well Young Master."

8 Days? D: The fuck have I been doing with my life?
Lovino shrugged, still smiling. "Si, that's fine." To be honest he wasn't very hungry but decided to go with the routine. "I'll be waiting in the parlor if you need me." -
Good things, I'd imagine.
But yes, 8 days is a lot. D:
"Yes, I'll certainly contact you if I need something," he said with a nod, but lacked his usually smile. "Oh, and Young Master.." -
Eh, kind of. xD I cleaned my room and closet yesterday since it was raining. :3 But now my legs are sore hurr hurr.
It is. D:
He turned around, looking back to his butler calmly. "Si? What is it?"
