I believe God created science, and by science I don't mean man-made science, especially since we humans haven't a full clue of the universe, heck we don't even know everything on our planet (the oceans are vast and deep). He didn't go 'poof' and there was a bunch of things. He's of a higher power and understanding, and he created the science and patterns.

Well, there are theories. Like the big bang theory. (not the tv show) and that's when everything bursted or something and created the solar system.

Humanity is the product of evolution. Greater and greater life forms evolving from more and more simple organisms living on a single biosphere in an open energy system.
Earth (AKA the biosphere) was formed by gravity. In a suspended state, objects with more mass will gravitate towards each other. Forming larger and larger objects. Thus forming planets. Which orbit stars.
Stars are produced in the same way as a planet is. Gasses floating freely in space move towards each other. Building up mass and weight as the condense on each other. This weight produces friction, eventually causing the first nuclear fusion and igniting the whole star. When a star is born, a decent quantity of it's mass is thrown out into it's orbit. And this material orbiting the star is what forms planets.

^That logic is based off if you believe that people and not animals have souls. I believe every creature has a soul.

JITW, look a dog in the eyes and tell me it doesn't have a soul. Tell me it's soulless. Just an animal.
Look at a gorilla that nurtures it's child and teaches it how to use tools, and tell me that it's empty and soulless.

Animals do go to heaven. God loves all his creation equally.
Each animal has a different personality. Therefore they have souls.
I get pissed off at Christians who are arrogant enough to think they are higher than anything else in the world. You are one of them, JITW. -

Also [found this in my science textbooks], energy is never destroyed, whether animal, plant or human. Even once an animal/plant/human dies, they may be destroyed, but the energy doesn't.
