Because they won't shut up about converting people who already know what the 'consequences' are for not believing in their god.
I will stop being a f---wad and bashing the s--- out of you guys, when you stop trying to convert the ones who already made their choice. -
dw1996 NewbieBe prepared to be called a f---wad by ignorant Christians for your whole life. Christians are hypocritical diluted martyr wannabes if you ask me. They'll go on and on saying it's their way or no way, that it is wrong to be gay or atheist, and yet when you dare criticize them, they claim to be Jesus on the cross. It's a load of crap.

I'm a Christian and I don't shove my religious beliefs up people's faces because I feel that everypony has a right to believe in what they believe in. I can tolerate people in religion (not anything else, though xD)
PS: I don't even go to church anymore. I silently pray at home and read the bible every now and then. And I have a few friends who are atheists and I don't give them f---ing long lectures about how Jesus is our savoir and all that. -

SaraW NoviceI'm a Christian but I would NEVER and I stress NEVER. Cram my beliefs in other people's faces. I respect your beliefs and I hope you do mine I understand where you come from. There is stuff about my own religion I'm not positive about but I still believe. I understand the science part as well. So I'm going ask anyone who is offending anyone else (on porpose or not) to stop and respect everyone else's beliefs. I don't go to church any more either but that is my family's choose. Please stop say'n they'll burn in hell we need to respect their choses. Please let me know if any of you find this offensive and let me know why.

I try to look at it from the opposite side: What if I had to endure laws saying I could not marry someone of the same gender? Be constantly told I'm going to some sort of hell for not believing in the gods of different religions? Or if I were unable to say something as kind as "Merry Christmas" without being ridiculed?
That's why I don't oppose gay marriage, or tell people they're going to hell for some dumb thing. If I'm allowed to live the way I want, other should, too. -
i think its ok for a christian to believe what they want to believe but when they start saying that christianity is the only right religion then it realy f***s me of. my 7 year old cousin came to visit me once and she wanted to show me a song she had learnt at school. The lyrics might has well of said belive in god or you will go to hell. it really bugged me.

People should have a right to chose their own religious belief. So, they choose to be an atheist, who f---ing cares? It's their choice and if they burn in hell, then it's like whatever because they chose to (I am NOT forcing people in Christianity FYI!) let people choose what they want to believe in...

Only some Christians get in your face about all this stuff. I don't think I've ever gone up to someone with another religion and said, "YOU'RE GOING TO HELL!" That's ridiculous that you would think that. -.-" I'm fed up with all the labels.

Going up to someone and saying "you're going to hell" is a uniquely Christian thing. The only religion where I've seen anything close to that is Islam, but that's really just a small radical chunk of Muslims who like to blow up airplanes.

Christians aren't all like that. Of course it's only natural for us to try to convert the people who don't believe the things that we believe. I think that everyone wants to see the same things other people see. Christians are not as annoying as you make them out to be. I don't know who you've been talking to, but you just made us all look like jack-asses to me.
Dw, you can kiss my country ass because you don't know the first thing about Christianity. Why don't you just speak for yourself, and shut your mouth, because there are not many Christians out there that match the picture that you have painted in that second post! -
I'm unlucky enough to be encountering all of the annoying Christians then, Samantha. I don't know where you live, but everytime I meet some sort of God-loving person, they tell me I'm either going to hell or I'm a godless-heathen that can't love. I don't know about you, but it's f---ing horrible to be told that you can't love.
