@VaMpIrEx: you know... you remind me of myself for some reason... it does seem kinda hard to believe something like that exists. But anyways, the bible says God's a just God, as in justice. So first off (back to genesis stuff) He gave us choice for a reason i believe. The bible says God wants to be loved by us and that he created us in his own image (which i guess thats why we want to be loved by others too) He gave us choice because without it we'd just be programed to do whatever and where's the love in that? The fall of man was our choice, God provided adam and eve with pretty much everything they could ask for, but the one thing they couldnt eat of was the tree that gave the knowledge of good and evil. Now I wondered once what this ment, but i think it came down to obedience. He knew that the knowledge of good and evil wasn't good for us, but we didnt choose to trust God for some reason. nyways. they say God's a just God, so he gives punishment to those who choose not to follow him, sense without him we cant survive, and i guess the devil wants all the lost souls for himself.
(@ everyone else) Honestly I don't believe there's any way to prove God exists, but I don't think that means it throws his existence right out of the picture. I believe its harder for us people who want facts to find this believable. Honestly I wonder sometimes if its all just scammed, but why would someone go through all that trouble to write so many pages for nothing in return. Anyways... (i tend to ramble) When I think about it, theres no way to prove this world exsists, or that even I exsist. Even though there are plenty of facts that make us trust something to be there, how can we ever know for sure? I think when it comes down to believeing God's exsistance, you have to really just try to do what he wants you to. then you can decide later on. I'm having a hard time giving my entire life over to him, but im working on it... might as well try so i dont die without knowing.
