the bible was a book written thousands of years ago,so theres no witnesses left.so lets just say that i lived in the time period and made a book about magical faries and mystical creatures,then thousands of years later which would be now if someone found that would they think that thats true too? one of my favorite quotes

How do we know Geaorge Washington was alive? How do we know he actually existed?
There are no 'witnesses' left. Should we believe these Americans just cus they wrote it down?!
Come onhundreds of years from now- no one will believe that he ACTUALLY existed!!
BUT you say- KIRSTEEN, there were thousands of witnesses!! They arent alive now but they wrote down documents about what happened AND we even have a few journals of people who lived back then. And they all concure that George Washington DID exist..
Now time for the OH moment. The Bible had thousands and thousands of witnesses!! Several of them wrote down what they saw, John- Peter- Isaiah- Matthew- Many others too! -

i just have a hard time understanding that some higher being who's creation is unknown created everything and that theres this book of rules we have to follow to get into a special place when we die it just doesn't seem logical

i MEAN COME ON. Isnt it more likely that there is a god and he created everthing, than to say that some how tthat people where an accendent that the universe is an accedent dosent seem very likely! That every thing was an accedent, seems purposterous, can an explosion creat man and can it creat the most saficticated things in the world?
