Do all those who kill themselves go to Hell? Some people believe that all who commit suicide go immediately to Hell. However, the Bible never says if this is the case. The Bible is silent on this issue. God probably did not address it in black in white for a good reason. If we knew that we would still go to Heaven if we killed ourselves, there would probably be a lot more suicides taking place than there already are. However, if we knew that all who killed themselves were automatically banished to Hell, no matter what their situation, it may be too much for the grief-stricken family and friends to bear. Murder and suicide are not unpardonable sins. The only unforgivable sins are rejecting Christ (Mark 16:16) and blaspheming the Holy Spirit.
(Mark 3:28-29 KJV) Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
All other sins can be forgiven. However, anyone contemplating suicide may be in danger of going to Hell, as their relationship with the Lord is not intact at that point. Those who would consider suicide may have a severed relationship with Christ and therefore they would enter the real Hell--which is worse than the hellish feelings they are experiencing at the moment. -
I wouled imagine that god knew you're life wasn't going well, and even though you commited suicide instead of turning to him, i belive that he understands your problems and that he could of helped but he didn'.t get the chance and that he knew you would do that because your kife was difficult so he knew and he gives you a ticket to heaven because you didn't do anything bad or against the law or against the governmeant and you didn't sin.....so i belive you go to heaven.

tongue ExperiencedObviously I think this question is irrelevent because I don't believe in God, Heaven or Hell. All I can say is that suicide is a pretty awful thing. There's no reason to ever give up on living. Life is as beautiful as you want to make it, and I feel sorry for the people who commit suicide who can't see how beautiful life can truly be.

Well,,... Where i come 4rm, suicide is know to b a sin.... Here, its believed tht if u kill yourself, u are not accepted in heaven or hell...... You will wonder around on earth as a spirit UNTIL the actual time 4 u 2 die arrives, then your spirit goes 2 either heaven or hell and only then will u pay 4 your sins, suicide included.,.. God knows when we are all meant 2 die, but he doesnt know whether u are going 2 commit suicide or not...... So, yeah, i guess suicide is a sin but it isnt the unforgivable one....... Dont laugh, thts we believe here....,,...

I believe that you wouldn't go to hell because if god cares enough about you (and he does) then it shouldn't matter how you end your life (Or someone else does). I mean if you think something is wrong with you to the point of ending your own life then you know god isn't behind you. He wants you to live your life to the fullest. And he knew that you might not read this but he knows what you will do every second of your life. He loves you.

It depends I guess. But I believe that if your pray for the person that dies they might have a better chance of going to Heaven

Suicide doesn't put you in hell. Neither does being gay or whatever you've done. Repentance and accepting Jesus Christ are how you get to heaven.

greenldsgirl NewbieOk. Think of it this way. God gave us our bodies for our souls to be in so that we can come to Earth and prove ourselves. So, killing yourself would basically taking away what God has given you. It doesn't matter what situation you're in, that is what it means. I believe that when we are judged for our works (a.k.a. what we have done, good and bad), we will receive our consequences. I am not God, I do not know if this will send you to hell or not.

God took people from the Earth who were in great suffering. I don't think it matters how the person dies as long as they accepted Christ. I didn't really read what you said and I'm not sure about what the Bible says on this but this is my own opinion. -
We are not to kill ourselves.
If you commit suicide you will be cast into hell.
And greenldsgirl what you do on this earth does not get you into heavan.
Even the nicest people have been cast off into hell.
You must believe in God and trust him.
Even the worst man alive has found joy because he surrendered his ways to God and lived a better man.
