No they don't, there's Muslim threads too. But Christianity is the main religion in America so what do you expect.
Btw what religions do they have in China? Buddhism? -
China has Buddhism however it is a different strain then the buddhism you find in india.
The differences are small between the two major strains except how the soul is viewed which greatly changes perspective towards many buddhist texts. There also many more smaller strains however they are often considered different paths to the same goal.
And Buddhism is quite different to most religions so doesn't really compare to the classic big 4 religions. -

Most religions take a little research but we live saturated in Christian topics so even uneducated people have just enough knowledge to say something dumb

Because it confounds the minds of unbelievers. They cannot understand it.

People don't talk about what they cannot understand.
People also cannot (or at least have trouble) thinking about things which cannot be expressed in words (talked about).
Christianity is easy to understand. Much simpler than any religion I have looked at. It has a clear and defined text which is followed, and many western resources to understand it better, also most people in the west have experience with either being christian or they know many christians.
Christianity is the best understood religion in western society where people actually have a clue about what it is. -
If that is true, then you will have no problem answering one if the most basic questions. (No elaborate answers needed)

I have a good idea of severy different strains for christianity. My experiences are mainly with Presbyterians, Anglicans, and Christadelphians so if you ask me any denomination specific questions please have them be about a strain similar to any of them.
