By now everyone here heard the news of the death of our beloved friend, Hunter Hughes.
I know I was not the closest person to Hunter. He had his life, and I had mine. But he was like a brother to me none the less. Upon hearing the news, I didn't cry. I didn't get depressed. And I didn't get emotional. I sat down and I drank to his name.
Hunter had a gift that this world seems to be running out of. He could make you happy. No matter how down you felt or how angry you were, he could make you happy.
I do not believe he would want us all to sit here in depression. It was never his style. I believe he would have wanted us to cherish the time we were gifted to spend with him. To think back on all the laughs, all the jokes, and all the goofy comments that he was so known for.
Here's to you, Hunter.
A friend, and a brother to us all.
May you rest in peace.

i always thought of hunter as a part of this site when i left. i never even it pictured my friends here without him.

I agree that he would make you happy. He said something once that made me initially mad, but then I said to myself, "Learn to laugh at yourself." So I did. This is what he said:
"Skyler would end up being the voice for one of those vaginal mesh commercials."
Haha. Im just sad that I never got to apologize to him for that fight...I feel terrible. :/ -

I'm just surprised... I'm not depressed but he was a really good friend. He'll always be in my heart. -
Hunter (even though I never really knew him closely) always made me laugh with his funny posts and comments. He was great.
My favorite moment was when Ting had posted a weird message. And he translated it for me. I thought he was calling me mean things.
After he explained it to me, we both had a good laugh about it.
I'll never forget that moment. That short amount of time where we bonded.
Hunter will be missed.
