It's simple math. For every year you are older, it adds one year to your total age.
And yet if you are younger, it adds a year to the birth date. So it'll equal the same number for everyone, because the only way you're birth year could be higher, is if your age was lower, and vice versa. -
00+12=12

00 is most likely 100 guys.
100+12=112 -
2000 is a 100 and you use the age you will be by the end of the year

98+14=112..Heh it's obvious all the answers will be the same..for example,I borned in 1998 and I'll be 14.A person who is 15,borned in 1997,16:1996...it goes like this,how much your age be more,your birth year is less.That's why all the answers will be the same.

It doesn't work if you were born in 2000 or past. 00+12=12...
