then you devote your time to help them to the extent of your skill
Then they don't put in any effort and expect to be good at it immediately and give up after working with you for less than 5 minutes. :I
This just happened to me. I drew three tutorials on how to draw various things
and she told me she can't do it, it's too hard (too hard? i step-by-stepped it along with written instructions + demonstrations and I'm using the simplest techniques ever that I started out using) and kept complaining.
I told her that it'd be a waste of my time to help her if she didn't want to put in the effort so I just gave those to her and told her to f--- off. -.-'
I'm always glad to help, but if you're not going to put effort, please don't f---ing ask in the first place. -
I hate that. It happens wayyy too much with archery because they want to be 'Katniss' and blah blah blah.... Even people who are here still need help from me and they never appreciate it!

I take this as a pretty big insult because I devoted my time to my skill, I practiced every chance i could and got to where I am today. The fact that these wannabes think they can become amazeballs at just a couple of tries is kind of a slap to the face for me.

I know, I've been drawing my whole life and I'm barely any good. I try my hardest though.
Someone like you shouldn't have to waste their time on someone who doesn't deserve it. -
THANK YOU!! Its also annoying when somebody asks you to draw something for them and then you draw it and then they want you to change something about it.
Now I do this.
Random Person: Hey, can you draw something for me?
Me: Give me 2 bucks and I will.
Random Person: That's stupid!
Then I explain it to them and then they end up not paying. -
