I have a PC laptop, and I find it to be just fine. Just curious where others stand.

the only time I'd ever want a mac is for garageband. -
I'm thinking because in the future I'll need to get my own computer for school and business, so I need to know what's best out there. Maybe I'll ask my brother, he's usually good with tech stuff. .3.

PC. I hate Macs. Unless you grow up working them or sit down for hours on end, they're impossible to figure out. I enjoy my PC laptop. It's simple, easy to navigate, and fast.

Well I hve both and quite honestly I found Mac more stable and reliable to pc. No virus and crashing windows

there are tons of manufacturers who make PC's and to pick a PC made from gateway instead of another manufacturer is basically setting PC up for failure. macs are only made by apple so it doesn't really skew the results by picking the macs that they did. other manufacturers make PC's that have better performance numbers than the gateway but for the same price. -
Mac. I've grown up with them and they make more sense to me than PCs.
