So I'm trying to get in shape and be healthier. A lot of the foods I want to eat are going to be a little different and may need be an acquired taste. (like fish, some vegs, ect.) I'm also thinking about the raw foodist diet. And I need to exercise more which I'll probably end up trying aerobics and swimming (whenever I can, I don't have much access to pools. xP) Let the challenge begin...

a fun way to exercise would be dancing and trampolining xD

look for one of those dance v videos (try the world is mine dance), shut the blinds, hide in your room, play the song, and try to learn the dance and keep dancing the dance xD sing along if needed,
hell it works for me xD if you get bored of them and can't find anymore, start making your own choreo xD -
I enjoy running sports. >.> Soccer, football, ect.
Dancing is a really fun way to spice exercise up, though. -
