Also uhm ik it's not my place to diagnose anyone but it's always a good idea to get tested for anxiety, depression, adhd, and autism, at least from my experience. Not saying you have any of those, but it's just good to test for them -

There’s always something on with my birthday too-
Like I’m not complaining I get you can’t control these things but like… y’know
And my mum phrased it like “we’re gonna have to go to the hospital on the [date] but we might have to get it changed bc it’s [deadname’s] birthday” and it took me a full minute to remember that I have a deadname lol -
Never thought getting deadnamed or smth like described above would ruin my day so like okay brain-
