i hate this feeling. i dont want to die but i hate myself so much that it hurts my chest
im always feeling this overwhelming anxiety, that feeling that “ive done something wrong, ive done something wrong, i need to fix it” even tho i dont know WHAT. -
i just feel like a bad person. becoming a bad person is probably my worst fear, and thinking that ive become who ive always avoided becoming is terrifying
