I can’t think about my own problems right now. I was looking through his venting threads and I can’t stop crying. He’s in so much damn pain but I don’t know how to help him. I hope he’s ok. I haven’t seen him in a week. I hope he didn’t... oh gods no please tell me he didn’t kill himself

How does one tell their parents that their sexuality is now different when they have a fear of being shunned? How does one know that their parents will still love them if their sexuality has changed? -

Just walk up to them and say so, and if they shun you just give them a 15 minute lecture about Star Wars and change the subject
And if they’re good parents they’ll accept you and love you no matter what your sexuality is -
I guess so...
I know that they're good and loving parents.
I know that most likely they'll accept me if I told them.
But I'm still scared.
I don't exactly know why I am, but I know that I am. -
Spill the beans to them in the loudest place you can find, so no one will overhear you and there will be zero eerie silence
