Things were going so well for me after I stopped my counseling sessions, but now I’m getting to a bad place again.

I just haven’t adjusted well to everything that has been happening in the world I guess. I’m under a lot of stress at work. I just don’t feel well mentally. I feel like I’ve hit a roadblock, and it just feels hard to move forward.
I’m always so tired, I don’t sleep well. -
Perhaps you just need a break? A small vacation just for you

I feel really alone and abandoned a lot too. I don’t sleep well, at all really. I just have trouble. I’m always tired and unmotivated to do the simplest of things
