Okay here me out
My study girl and her boyfriend sat through this and they said they said that they saw their past life. I'm doing this either tonight or on Thursday night since I am free the following day.
You can try it out yourself but keep in mind dangers. Tbh I'm kind of skeptical it works since this would be my first time trying it but ill tell u what i learn.

I was a little kid im not sure of my gender all i know is that I was wearing white socks and blue shoes and my legs were reddish white. I was playing with a red ball in what looked like a park or landscape full of green
Then I woke up out of nowhere
So either it was a dream or it's old me i want to go back but im scared i wish i could see more than just shoes and legs
