I'll dream about random things, like school, work, etc (like most dreams are in general) and sometimes I'll forget the dreams. Sometime later, I can't say specifically, but I'll have sorta a Deja Vu moment where the event in my dream(s) happen in real life. And if I forgot the dream, and the event happens, I remember the dream I had.
I couldn't word thus properly, but if you can kinda get what I'm saying... -

Yeah, it really is, because then I feel like I've lived that day over before, like time is repeating itself, and then I get this weird lightheaded feeling all throughout my body and it's ugh

I have that alot. Well, not exactly the same thing but similar, because most of the time I don't even know if that event really happened in my dream or in real life..
