oh, and my baby brother plans things with my friend's baby brother. They are the same age. They will talk in babbles, exchange glances, and start doing something that can't be unplanned.

This thread is kind of old, buuuut I'm not a party pooper usually, sooooo, wow.
I didn't expect anyone to bother posting in here because of the "ridiculous" suggestion. I tend to ask really strange questions, and I supposed no one would want to explain anything.
All of you have interesting intakes of such topics. -
When I was a baby I looked at a light bulb for a few seconds and got a temporary blind spot. I pointed to it and was trying to ask my dad what it was but he wouldn't answer me. I guess he didn't understand, but I clearly remember trying to ask him in my own way. Babies definitely try to say stuff, they just aren't sure how.

Baby can't speak well enough. Usually babies are trained to speak "Mama" and "Papa" when he/she is in his mother.
About the cries and screams. Babies can't speak well, so instead they use cries to explain what they what. This is a simple human creativity.
About the screams. Well, this one sounds a little bit creepy. Many people say that babies can see "unwanted or paranormal" thing such as ghost. Sometimes baby also point his/her hand to a room corner which usually means something is there. -
