I've always been creeped out at Dead Bart, once to the point where he gave me nightmares, so I'm not going to click on any of those links. Just from knowing, I'm probably going to say a 7-8.

It was honestly not scary. I was expecting more gore. Sure, it was ominous, but so what? It's just a CP story. I give it a 2.
