So I've been getting bullied alot lately, and I really just can't stop...

Just don't react as soon as you feel you want to, or when you get that thought just get enough self control to do something else that you like doing.
So basically when you get the thought/feeling just don't react to it and follow through like an emotional reaction.
I know I repeated myself there but I was trying to explain it properly. -
Well, short term fixed that help you purge emotion are activities like dance, martial arts, swimming, ect. Strenuous Physical activity that requires precision for successful application. Personally, I like boxing. See when you get ANGRY or hurt or pent uo, you wanna lash out. So you throw a punch. But as soon as you throw it, you realize it was imperfect so you try again and correct the first mistake, but that leads to others and pretty soon in order to hit as hard as you can, you've crowded out all emotion and replaced it with focus. That focus gives you peace.
Of course itd work with any similar activity, and of couse its only an hour to hour fix.
Dealing with the big picture requires soul searching. Ask yourself questions about why your so upset exactly. Consider what you would do if you had unlimited means and why you would do it. Take fitness regimen. More fitness eqauls more happiness. More happiness eqauls less bullying. Fact.
And then in the end it comes down to realizing, that what people think of you does not matter. Only what you think of yourself. Obviously you dont think much of yourself, so find why you believe your little punk b---- and stop acting that way. Act in a way that makes you proud of yourself.
And then of course, cater to your 7 basic needs religiously. Breath, water, sleep, food, companionship, work, and hygiene. Because a healthy body and mind are harder to hurt. -
Try using an elastic band. Fling it against your skin whenever you feel like cutting.( idk if it works, it was recommended to me by somebody who knows a lot about that stuff.)

No I don't think that's a good idea Cleo, its still essentially self harming. It really hurts too.

Its better than cutting. But true your still hurting yourself.
