Not just an artist, but a feminist and communist as well. Kept standing up for what she believed in. Hit by a bus and still keeps going, with a hammer and sickle on her chest.

I dislike feminists.
-
Congratulations.
I'd ask why you dislike them, but I really don't want another fight right now. Maybe we could discuss it without a fight. Maybe. -
I dislike sexism overall. Not to mention that women are by nature living a happier and superior life compared to many men in many countries, so the whole feminism thing just sounds...slefish to me.
-
^It's been put into words. Hallelujah.

Some feminists take it overboard, but there's nothing wrong with protecting our rights. I'll say that a lot of feminists make me ashamed to call myself that, but I assure you, Frida Kahlo was legit.

Yeah probably. Most of the crappy ones are modern. -
Seriously, I'm not the type to get angry because someone held a door open for me. They probably weren't even thinking of my sex. Now when they try to open the door for me and instead get in my way, that's not okay.
-
That happens to everyone. It's pretty friggin annoying.
-
It is.
Or when I try to do it, and I stand there forever because I opened it too soon. -
I hate those awkward moments. lol.

To everyone who says they hate feminists: study the f---ing history of the movement. Especially if you are a woman who says you don't need feminism, because you are standing on the shoulders of many brave women who fought tirelessly to destroy the barriers in society that kept women from living up to their full potential.

^the noble history is nothing from the modern
-
No it is actually pretty much the same. Something that everyone needs to understand is that there is not one singular feminist ideology. Some feminists recognize the men's rights movement and recognize that men and women both offer something to society. Some feminists advocate female sexual freedom and take a permissive view of p---ography. The stereotypical negative view of feminists is that they basically hate men and sit around thinking about things to blame men for. They certainly exist, and I hate them as much as anyone, but they aren't the whole movement, and the collective goals of the movement are and always have been noble. All feminists agree that a woman should be able to work outside the home if they choose. All feminists agree that violence against women is an epidemic that needs to be done away with. All feminists agree that women have the right to make their own reproductive choices. You wanna poke holes in that, be my guest, but let's put this negative stereotype of feminists being man-haters to rest.

They aren't the whole movement.
About time someone else said it.
I'm getting real sick of being lumped in with the jackasses just because I recognize that feminism is what allows women to enjoy the rights they have today.
