so say you see your best friend die in front of your eyes (or at least whole heartedly believe them to be dead)and having no family of your own, end up positioning yourself as the staunch protector and patriarch of you best friends family, ultimately sleeping with his wife who had previously been married to your best friend for 13 years and raising his son 10 year old son as your own for a year.
then the prodigal father returns, very alive.
As the wife, and as the friend who was left with the family, and as the husband, how would you react to this given a state of nature wherein no law enforcement or mobs limited you in your reactions. -

If I were the friend that had left then I'd feel very f---ed up. I would probably avoid the friend who slept with my wife for the rest of my life, and see if my wife still wants me, if she doesn't then I will be forced to leave her too. -
Wait, if I was the friend who was left with the family, then...I would try to make things less awkward between me and my best and explain things,. if he can't stand to be around me anymore then well, I'll try more to explain things to him lol.
