Everything is about escaping the ever-present fear caused by being an inexperienced, mortal being surviving in a problematic society with corrupt government, and by the fact that our resources have been heavily drained by those in older generations (many of who are still working, preventing my generation from getting jobs).

No literally everything these days is all tracked back to sex almost. I cant listen to one rap, pop, or hip hop song these days without it mentioning something sexual. It ticks me off. -

I can, actually. There are a lot of hip hop songs being made that I can listen to and relate to. It's about what you're hearing. A lot of up and coming artists, including some that are already on top, create music that sends messages about topics that need to be made aware off. I'm not defending all rap and hip hop, but still.
