I always try to be mature to hang out with the older users and screw up. I always try to solve problems and become a moderator and screw up. I try to be a role model and screw up. I try to find love and screw up. I try to make friends and screw up. I try to be happy with no worries whatsoever and screw up.
Comparing my life to others makes me feel like you guys are better than me, how I have such a bad life and seeing you guys so perfect. I feel like it's rubbed in my face.
If I was one of the deadly sins, I would be envy. -

You can't compare your life to other people because your journey is unique. Be the best you you can be, and you'll succeed. Also, something that I've even had to learn for myself is that you can't have success without failure or making mistakes. Whether you're trying to learn a new skill, find the right people in your life, or just become a better person, it's going to take time and patience to grow, to not give up. That's why I try to see life almost as a game. Do your best to get to the next levels, and try to have some fun along the way.
As a recovering perfectionist, I've had to accept life isn't going to be perfect, but what matters is that we do our best. If we get knocked down, we get back up. Everyday has to chance of being something new and exciting, so try to keep a positive outlook and find reasons to be happy. Perspective means everything. It's simple and cheesy, but I've found it works for me. -
^^^^ Does Anastasia ever post something that isn't happy clappy

Yes, but only when she's incredibly cynical. ;P

You are good madison. Don't think like that

It's largely the reason why I write stuff that's so upbeat and idealistic. I've found whenever I let a negative attitude take over my mind I become unproductive, depressed and slip into a victim mentality. That's why I believe perspective is so important, as well as action.
I still need to work on my decision making and time management skills, but I'm slowly getting there. x3 -
Madison no matter what the outcome of anything. There is a lesson to learn and once you find it you can truly move on and pass the failers. But you're probably going through some of the worst years of your life. But the will also be the best years of your life as well. They're the years you'll do the most growing and learning. Yet once they're over you'll be stronger, smarter, wiser, and kinder then you could or can ever imagin

You are TRYING to be someone you are not, that is why everything is going wrong...
