  Nothing I do in life interests me anymore
  My friends are talking to me less and less
  I need a spark, I need that spice that keeps life interesting and free. Problem is.... I dunno what the hell it is.

  That is a tough situation, I'm going through it right now, but maybe try something that you used to like doing but stopped because you lost interest, it may just re-spark something.

  I agree with banana. Find something you used to love and try and make it have meaning again.
  
  Also, drinking coffee helps. I'm serious. If there's any kind of hot drink you like (tea, hot chocolate, coffee) drink it. I swear hot drinks help more than most people ever know.
